With Soft Detensioner, No Soft Detensioner

What are the advantages of choosing the option that includes a Soft Detensioner?

The Soft Detensioner has been especially designed to have a safe and smooth release of the slackline. Releasing a trickline without a Soft Detensioner can damage the main webbing over time due to the quick snap effect and friction forces. It can also produce a loud noise of the ratchet due to the sudden release. For those reasons it is recommended to use or eventually add a Soft Detensioner to reduce abrasion and have a better slacklining experience.

Always use common sense and take all the necessary precautions when handling ratchets, with or without the Soft Detensioner.
